Atlanta Zoning Ordinance Update, Phase II

The City of Atlanta is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the City zoning ordinance. In 2017, several "quick fixes" were identified and have been updated. Phase 2 of the ordinance update has begun. Please see the update booklet from the City. There will be a discussion on the proposal at the next NPU-W Land Use and Zoning Committee Meeting on Tuesday, September 5 at 7pm at the Village Church in East Atlanta Village.
