Join your fellow SAND neighbors for the second annual Neighborhood Jubilee, a holiday celebration on December 7, 2019, from 10 am-1 pm. We’ve planned a festive event to celebrate the season with your neighbors in the heart of SAND at Ormewood Church. Here's what you can look forward to at this event:

From 10 - 12 in the sanctuary Chelsea Sommers, Realtor and Keller Knapp Realty present Santa Photos in Ormewood Park. Slots are limited, please email Chelsea@kellerknapp.com to check on available slots. Photos will be taken by Mimi Leake Photography. All participating children will be taking a goodie bag home provided by The Truth and Lending Team at Northpointe Bank.

NEW this year we'll have a full on petting zoo from 11-12 outside in the parking lot!! There will be Bunnies, Guinea Pigs, a Chinchilla, a Sugar Glider, a Set of Quail Chicks, a Silky Bird (Baby Ostrich-like), a Bearded Dragon, a Hedgehog and a Giant Tortoise for the kids (and adults, let's be honest) to meet.

During the same time, we’ll be celebrating the season with refreshments and holiday crafts inside the Fellowship Hall. To participate in the cookie exchange, please bring at least two dozen cookies and include allergen information on a card for those with allergies.

From 11-1, we’ll enjoy a potluck lunch. Please bring a labeled dish to share with your neighbors. SAND will be providing plates/cups/utensils/napkins, ham, refreshments, and some beer and wine.
