The Atlanta Board of Education has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 9.63 percent.

All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearing on the tax increase to be held at the Center for Learning and Leadership, 130 Trinity Avenue, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303 on June 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Times and places of additional public hearings on this tax increase are at the Center for Learning and Leadership, 130 Trinity Avenue, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303 on July 6, 2015 at   9 a.m.
